Katie has spent eighteen years supporting the world’s biggest brands with their ad strategies at Omnicom, Publicis, WPP & The Dentsu Aegis Network before launching The Runway in 2019.

kirstine newton, client partner

Kirstine has twenty years of UK Communications Planning and Buying experience at WPP, Omnicom and Publicis. She leads Offline Media Buying and Retail Media at The Runway.

heather mansuri, digital performance director

Heather is our digital performance wizard, having honed her skills at Group M, Omnicom and Burberry HQ. She takes pride in helping organisations positively impact performance using digital technology through smart advertising techniques, social media planning and face-to-face workshops.

mel leslie, head of partnerships

As a founding team member of the Channel Four partnerships division and recently working with Chelsea FC, Mel has spent over twenty years brokering deals in the TV and agency space.
